WATERTOWN, NY — New York State Police are asking for the public’s help identifying a man wanted in connection with a larceny at Target on Town Center Drive.
The incident occurred Nov. 24 when surveillance cameras recorded a male suspect stealing $421 worth of merchandise from the store.
The suspect left the store, got into a black pickup truck and drove away.
