CRANSTON, RI — A Providence man was arrested on a drunken driving charge following a motor vehicle accident Wednesday evening.
Josue Ginel, 26, of Providence, was charged with driving under the influence of intoxicating liquor and/or drugs, first offense.
State troopers responded to a motor vehicle accident on Route 10 South at 5:59 p.m.
Ginel recorded blood alcohol content readings of .136 in both breath tests administered by police.
He was processed at the Lincoln Woods Barracks and arraigned.
Ginel was released into the custody of a responsible adult pending a future court date.
