ELLICOTTVILLE, NY — A Rochester woman was arrested on forgery charges stemming from an incident in the town.
Jessica N. Bilinski, 48, of Rochester, was charged with possession of a forged instrument in the second degree and forgery in the second degree, according to the Ellicottville Police Department.
A warrant of arrest was issued for Bilinski from the Town of Ellicottville Court.
The New York State Police assisted in the apprehension of Bilinski.
Bilinski was arraigned in the Town of Ellicottville Court where she was released on her own recognizance.
