ELLICOTTVILLE, NY — A West Valley man was arrested on a felony driving while intoxicated charge following a traffic stop Monday.
Kyle Evens, 25, of West Valley, was charged with felony DWI due to a previous conviction within 10 years, according to the Ellicottville Police Department.
Evens also faces other traffic offenses.
He was issued appearance tickets and is scheduled to appear in Ellicottville Town Court at a later date.
