HOMER, NY — New York State Police arrested a 22-year-old man on rape and child endangerment charges Dec. 5.
Logan Boliver, of Fayetteville, was taken into custody at approximately 7:49 p.m. and charged with second-degree rape, a class D felony, and endangering the welfare of a child, a misdemeanor.
An investigation that began in November determined that Boliver had sexual contact with a child under the age of 15, according to police.
Boliver was transported to the Cortland County Jail for centralized arraignment.
Investigators believe Boliver may have had inappropriate sexual contact with additional underage victims.
