PROVIDENCE, RI — A Cranston man was arrested on a bench warrant following a traffic stop Monday morning.
Ramon Diaz Gomez, 59, of Cranston, was taken into custody at 11:30 a.m. on North Main Street.
State police said Diaz Gomez was wanted on a Sixth Division District Court bench warrant for failure to appear for arraignment on a charge of driving with a suspended license.
The charge originated from the Providence Police Department.
Diaz Gomez was processed at the Lincoln Woods Barracks and turned over to Sixth Division District Court.
