WARWICK, RI — A trooper arrested a woman on multiple charges following a traffic stop late Saturday night.
Valarie Cochran, 58, of Wickford, was taken into custody at 11:26 p.m. on Quaker Lane.
Cochran was charged with driving under the influence of intoxicating liquor, second offense; driving with a suspended, revoked or cancelled license; and refusal to submit to a chemical test, first offense.
She was transported to the State Police Wickford Barracks where she was processed and held overnight.
Cochran was scheduled for arraignment at Third Division District Court on Sunday morning.
