WILTON, NY — The Saratoga County Sheriff’s Office responded to an active larceny call Thursday at 2:41 p.m. at the Walmart.
Investigation into the complaint led to the arrest of Marvin J. Dantzler, 60, of Glens Falls, for burglary in the third degree, a class D felony, and petit larceny, a class A misdemeanor.
Dantzler is accused of knowingly entering and remaining unlawfully in a building with intent to commit a crime therein.
He was allegedly previously informed by the business that he was not authorized to be on premises.
Dantzler also reportedly stole merchandise from the store.
He was arraigned before the Honorable David R. Towne in the Wilton Town Court and remanded to the Saratoga County Jail pending further proceedings.
