Man arrested on warrant in Auburn

AUBURN, NY — A man was arrested on a warrant stemming from a 2018 domestic incident.

Jeffrey R. Frawley was taken into custody by Town of Manlius police officers on December 6 and transferred to the Auburn Police Department.

The arrest warrant was issued in 2018 related to a domestic incident on Seminary Street.

Frawley had left the area and moved to Florida following the incident.

He was processed at the Auburn Police Department and held pending CAP arraignment.

Frawley was charged with third-degree assault, a misdemeanor; criminal obstruction of breathing, a misdemeanor; and first-degree criminal contempt, a class E felony.
