FAIR HAVEN, VT — Fair Haven Police arrested a Rutland woman after responding to a domestic dispute on Main Street.
Leanne L. Webster, 32, of Rutland, was taken into custody on Dec. 6 at 8:20 p.m.
Police were called to Main Street for a reported domestic dispute.
Upon arrival, officers located Webster at the residence and found the homeowner telling her to leave.
A check revealed Webster was on conditions of release.
Webster had been placed on conditions of release by Hon. Judge Cortland Corsones of the Rutland District Court on Sept. 19 not to have contact with the homeowner.
Webster resisted arrest when police attempted to take her into custody, according to the report.
She was charged with violation of conditions of release and released to appear in Rutland District Court on Dec. 8.
