POWNAL, VT — A Bennington man faces 65 counts of violating conditions of release after allegedly contacting a protected party multiple times.
The Vermont State Police-Shaftsbury Barracks received a report of a possible conditions of release violation at approximately 1:45 p.m. Saturday.
Through investigation, police determined that Timothy P. Gajewsky, 36, of Bennington, had violated his conditions by contacting a protected party multiple times.
Gajewsky was cited to appear in Bennington County Superior Court-Criminal Division to answer the charge.
