LOCKPORT, NY — A 28-year-old Lockport man was arrested Tuesday on a felony drug charge following an investigation by the Niagara County Drug Task Force.
Wardell Whitlock IV was charged with one count of criminal possession of a controlled substance with intent to sell in the third degree, according to Sheriff Michael Filicetti.
Whitlock was held in Niagara County Jail pending arraignment.
