DUNDEE, NY — A woman was arrested following a traffic stop on Dundee-Himrod Road on Dec. 3.
Colleen C. Fiorilla, 32, of Dundee, was stopped at approximately 8:40 p.m. by Yates County Sheriff’s deputies.
During the traffic stop, Fiorilla was found to be in possession of a black and white dog that had been reported stolen in the Village of Penn Yan earlier in the evening, according to the sheriff’s office.
Fiorilla was charged with fourth-degree criminal possession of stolen property.
She was transported and turned over to the Penn Yan Police Department for further investigation.
