LOWELL, VT — Vermont State Police responded to a report of a domestic dispute on VT Route 100 on Oct. 7 at 7:01 p.m.
Following an investigation, Nicholas Leblanc, 24, of Lowell, was issued a citation to appear in court on a charge of domestic assault.
Leblanc is scheduled to appear in Orleans Criminal Court on Jan. 6, 2026, at 8:30 a.m.
