OWEGO, NY — A Nichols woman was arrested on a Superior Court warrant following an indictment on multiple drug charges.
Candi Bellis, 39, of Nichols, was taken into custody by the Tioga County Sheriff’s Office on Nov. 19.
Bellis faces two counts of criminal possession of a controlled substance in the second degree, criminal possession of a controlled substance in the third degree, criminal possession of a controlled substance in the seventh degree and two counts of criminal use of drug paraphernalia in the second degree.
The charges stem from an indictment following a search warrant executed on Oct. 29, 2024.
Bellis is being held at the Tioga County Jail awaiting further proceedings.
