SOUTH WINDSOR, CT — Police arrested a woman on harassment and threatening charges stemming from a domestic violence investigation.
Jennifer L. Milkie, 41, of South Windsor, was arrested at 5:20 p.m. Monday on an active arrest warrant.
The charges stem from a November domestic violence investigation in which police determined Milkie threatened and harassed a victim via text messages.
Milkie turned herself in at police headquarters and was processed and released on a $5,000 non-surety bond.
She is scheduled to appear in Manchester Superior Court this morning at 9 a.m.
