PLATTSBURGH, NY — A man was arrested following a physical altercation in the Town of Plattsburgh on Nov. 17.
Roberto Rodriguez, 26, of Plattsburgh, was taken into custody at 12:15 p.m. and charged with third-degree assault, a misdemeanor.
Clinton County Sheriff’s deputies responded to a complaint of a physical altercation.
Authorities allege Rodriguez assaulted another male, causing injury.
Rodriguez was processed and released on an appearance ticket.
He is scheduled to appear at Plattsburgh Town Court at a later date.
