HINESBURG, VT — Vermont State Police responded to a single-vehicle rollover crash on Lincoln Hill Road on Nov. 30 at 12:27 p.m.
Troopers from the Williston Barracks found a 2020 Jeep Grand Cherokee overturned in a ditch, resting on its roof.
The 16-year-old operator from Shelburne was still inside the vehicle when troopers arrived.
The juvenile was safely extracted from the vehicle and found to be uninjured.
EMS personnel evaluated the operator on scene and cleared them.
The operator was wearing a seat belt at the time of the crash.
No indicators of impairment were observed.
The juvenile was released to his father at the scene.
The vehicle was totaled in the crash.
Weather conditions were clear and the road was dry at the time of the incident.
The Hinesburg Fire Department and Richmond Rescue assisted Vermont State Police at the scene.
