GEORGIA, VT — Vermont State Police responded to a 911 hangup call on Nov. 30.
Troopers from the St. Albans barracks were dispatched to Georgia at 5:29 p.m.
An investigation determined that Jason Siegel, 51, of Waterbury, assaulted a household member before leaving the scene, police said.
Siegel was later located by state police at his residence.
He was issued a citation to appear in Franklin County Criminal Court on Dec. 1 at 1 p.m. to answer to a charge of domestic assault.
