WILTON, NY — A 40-year-old man faces felony charges following a disturbance call Monday afternoon.
The Saratoga County Sheriff’s Office responded to 214 Jones Road at 2:31 p.m.
Joseph R. Norton, of Wilton, was arrested on charges of aggravated family offense and third-degree criminal mischief, both class E felonies.
Norton is accused of committing a specified offense under the statute having previously been convicted of a specified offense within the immediately preceding five years.
He is also charged with intentionally damaging a large screen television belonging to another person in an amount exceeding $250.
Norton was arraigned before the Honorable David R. Towne in Wilton Town Court and released to pretrial services pending further proceedings.
