WATERFORD, CT — A 36-year-old man has been arrested in connection with a bank robbery that occurred nearly 11 months ago.
Michael Drayton, of New London, was taken into custody Saturday on charges related to the robbery of Charter Oak Federal Credit Union on Jan. 10.
The New London Police Department arrested Drayton and turned him over to the Waterford Police Department following a months-long investigation.
Drayton was charged with one count of first-degree robbery and one count of second-degree larceny.
He is being held on $250,000 bond.
Drayton is scheduled to be arraigned Dec. 1 at GA-10 courthouse in New London.
