LINCOLN, RI — A Massachusetts man was arrested as a fugitive from justice on Nov. 28.
Jason Castro, 45, of Rehoboth, Massachusetts, was taken into custody by state troopers at 12:30 p.m.
Castro was wanted on charges of driving under the influence of alcohol and vandalism originating from the Seekonk Police Department.
Troopers responded to Rhode Island Hospital and took custody of Castro from Seekonk police.
Castro was processed at the Lincoln Woods Barracks and arraigned by a justice of the peace.
He was turned over to the Adult Correctional Institutions Men’s Intake Center.
