Retail theft investigated in Middlesex

MIDDLESEX, VT — Vermont State Police are seeking the public’s help in identifying a man suspected of retail theft at a local business.

Troopers from the Berlin Barracks were notified at approximately 8:01 a.m. Nov. 26 of a theft at Sticks & Stuff in Middlesex.

An investigation revealed an unidentified man entered the store, took an item and left.

Police said the man is connected to other thefts in the area.

State police released security camera photos of the suspect from Sticks & Stuff in Middlesex and Aubuchon’s Hardware in Waterbury.

The man was last seen operating a white Toyota Camry with Vermont license plate KRS 144.
