CATSKILL, NY — Two Kingston residents were arrested Wednesday following an investigation into unlawful entries at two residences on Potic Mountain Road.
The New York State Police Bureau of Criminal Investigation at Catskill arrested Clinton Coddington, 52, of Kingston, and Nicole Langon, 51, of Kingston, on Nov. 19.
State Police in Catskill received a report that day of two unwanted individuals who had illegally entered two separate residences.
The investigation determined Coddington unlawfully entered both properties, while Langon entered only one of the residences.
Both were found inside one of the properties and were removed by responding troopers.
Coddington was charged with two counts of burglary 2nd degree, illegal entry-dwelling, a class C felony.
Langon was charged with criminal trespass 2nd degree, a class A misdemeanor.
Langon was arraigned in the Town of Athens Court and released on her own recognizance.
Coddington was arraigned in the Town of Athens Court and remanded to the Greene County Jail in lieu of $5,000 cash bail, $10,000 secured bond, or $15,000 partially secured.
