UTICA, NY — Police arrested a man on drug charges following a search warrant execution Monday.
Investigators with the Special Investigations Unit, assisted by members of the Warrants Unit and UPD Patrol, conducted a search warrant at 137 Gold St. on Nov. 24 in connection with the sale and distribution of narcotics.
Police said they located a felony quantity of fentanyl along with cash proceeds from sales while searching the residence.
Manuel Lopez-Ramos, 39, of Utica, was taken into custody and charged with criminal possession of a controlled substance in the third degree, criminal possession of controlled substance in the fourth degree and criminal possession of a controlled substance in the seventh degree.
