PALMYRA, NY — A man was arrested following a domestic disturbance at an apartment in the village.
Police responded to the incident at approximately 8 p.m. on Nov. 17.
Kenneth P. Pierce, 23, of Palmyra, allegedly punched his ex-girlfriend in the head twice during the incident.
The victim sustained a concussion.
Pierce was charged with assault in the third degree.
He was processed at the Palmyra Police Department and transported to the Wayne County Jail for CAP arraignment.
