SOUTH WINDSOR, CT — South Windsor police arrested a local man on domestic violence charges Tuesday night.
Danny A. Smith, 46, of South Windsor, was taken into custody at 9:35 p.m. Nov. 25 following a domestic incident.
Police said Smith threatened to slit one victim’s throat during the incident.
He then pushed another victim, causing her to fall, according to police.
Smith was charged with two counts of breach of peace in the second degree.
He was processed and released on a $2,000 non-surety bond.
Smith is scheduled to appear in Manchester Superior Court today at 9 a.m.
