WESTON, MA — An application for criminal complaint was filed with the Waltham District Court seeking charges against a Waltham man following a BB gun incident at a local golf course.

Kenneth Bergin, 46, of Waltham, faces charges of disorderly conduct, discharging a BB gun across a public way and property damage.

The complaint stems from an investigation that began on Nov. 20 when Weston police responded to the Leo J. Martin Golf Course at 190 Park Road for a report of a golfer being struck by a BB-type pellet.

The golfer was uninjured in the incident.

The application for criminal complaint was filed Monday.
