DOVER, NH — Dover Police arrested two men following the execution of search and arrest warrants at a Knox Marsh Road residence Tuesday morning.
Stephen Reagan, 31, of Dover, was arrested on a charge of conspiracy for sale of a controlled drug.
Joshua Roya, 34, of Dover, was also arrested on a charge of sale of a controlled drug.
Both charges are Class B felonies.
Members of the Dover Police Department and the Strafford County Regional Tactical Operations Unit executed the warrants at 86 Knox Marsh Road #3 at approximately 9:15 a.m.
Both men were taken into custody without incident.
Reagan refused bail, and Roya was ordered held on preventative detention.
The two are scheduled to be arraigned in Dover District Court on Wednesday.
Police Chief David Terlemezian said the arrests resulted from an ongoing drug investigation.
Additional charges may be filed based on evidence located during the search warrant execution, according to police.
