CHARLTON, NY — A Ballston Spa man was arrested early Saturday following a single-vehicle crash on Stage Road.
The Saratoga County Sheriff’s Office responded to the crash at 2:18 a.m.
Glenn M. Aube, 33, of Ballston Spa, was charged with aggravated DWI, DWI, operating a motor vehicle with a blood alcohol content of 0.08% or greater, leaving the scene of a property damage accident, speed not reasonable and prudent and moving from lane unsafely.
Aube is accused of operating a motor vehicle while intoxicated with a blood alcohol content of 0.19%.
He allegedly drove his vehicle through the intersection of Stage and Lake Hill roads and collided with trees off the north side of the roadway.
Aube then left the scene of the collision without stopping and providing required information, according to authorities.
No other vehicles were involved and no injuries were reported.
Aube was released on appearance tickets pending further proceedings in Charlton Town Court.
