LONDONDERRY, VT — A Massachusetts man was arrested on a lewd and lascivious conduct charge following an investigation that began in June.
Jason S. Ellis, 44, of Dedham, Massachusetts, was arrested Nov. 20 at the Windham County Sheriff’s Office.
The investigation began June 4 after the sheriff’s office received a report of an individual who acted in a lewd and lascivious manner at the Trailside Condos in Londonderry.
Det. Sgt. M. Checchi investigated the incident.
Ellis appeared in Vermont Superior Court-Criminal Division-Windham Unit the same day as his arrest.
