UTICA, NY — A pedestrian was struck by a vehicle on Armory Drive near the Parkway on Nov. 21 at approximately 8:50 p.m.
Utica Police and Utica Fire units responded to the scene and found an elderly man suffering from obvious injuries.
The man was transported to Wynn Hospital, where he remains in serious but stable condition.
The driver remained at the scene and was cooperative with investigators.
The Utica Police Department Accident Reconstruction Team processed the scene.
The circumstances surrounding the collision remain under investigation.
