SOUTH BURLINGTON, VT — A Winooski man was cited for criminal threatening and grossly negligent operation following a road rage incident on Interstate 189 west early Nov. 21.
Vermont State Police said they were notified of a verbal argument between two parties in Williston around 6:56 a.m.
The incident escalated into a road rage confrontation as the vehicles traveled on Interstate 89 and continued onto Interstate 189.
South Burlington Police located both involved parties.
Nestor Diaz Jr., 41, of Winooski, was cited to appear in Chittenden County Superior Court Criminal Division on Jan. 29 at 8:30 a.m.
The victims were identified as Kenneth Labor, 58, of Burlington, and Tiffany Wilber, 35, of Randolph.
