STILLWATER, N.Y. — The Saratoga County Sheriff’s Office responded to a disturbance Tuesday at 3:18 a.m. on Artillery Approach in the town of Stillwater.
Investigation into the complaint led to the arrest Thursday of Kellianne R. Lam, 48, of Watervliet, on charges of criminal mischief in the second degree, a class D felony, and reckless driving, an unclassified misdemeanor.
Lam is accused of intentionally damaging property belonging to another person in an amount exceeding $1,500.
She allegedly drove her 2024 Jeep into the front of a residence on Artillery Approach.
The residence was occupied at the time, but no injuries were reported.
Lam was also charged with unreasonably interfering with the free and proper use of the residence’s driveway.
She was arraigned before the Honorable Joseph Waldron in Stillwater Town Court and released on her own recognizance pending further proceedings.
