RICHFORD, VT — A 27-year-old Richford man was arrested on an active warrant Wednesday night during a traffic stop on Route 105 near Maple Street, Vermont State Police said.
Troopers from the St. Albans Barracks observed a vehicle committing a motor vehicle violation around 9:43 p.m. and conducted a traffic stop.
Police identified the driver as Gavin Duby-Kingsbury of Richford.
During the investigation, troopers discovered Duby-Kingsbury had an active warrant for his arrest.
He was taken into custody and transported to Northwest State Correctional Facility in St. Albans.
Duby-Kingsbury was held on $100 bail.
He was issued a flash citation to appear before the Rutland County Superior Court – Criminal Division on Nov. 21 at 12:30 p.m. on the charge related to the arrest warrant.
