MALONE, NY — New York State Police arrested Hunter J. Lamay, 21, of Massena, on charges of third-degree burglary after an incident at the Walmart on State Route 11.
On Nov. 17, at approximately 5:51 p.m., troopers responded to the store for a larceny complaint.
According to police, Lamay entered the Walmart despite previously being prohibited from being on the property.
Investigators determined that Lamay stole merchandise and exited the store without paying.
He was located, arrested, and taken to SP Malone for processing.
Lamay was arraigned in the Town of Malone Court and remanded to the Franklin County Jail without bail.
