WESTMINSTER, VT — A Springfield woman faces her third DUI charge after driving off the road on the Interstate 91 access road.
Jennifer Barr, 36, was arrested Nov. 15 following a single-vehicle crash on the I-91 access road.
Deputy Thomas Raymond responded to a report of a vehicle off the roadway.
An investigation determined Barr failed to safely turn onto the I-91 on-ramp and went off the road.
Barr was screened and later arrested for driving under the influence.
She was transported to the Windham County Sheriff’s Office and processed.
Barr was then transported to Southern State Correctional Facility to be held until sober.
She is charged with driving under the influence third offense and negligent operation of a motor vehicle.
Barr is scheduled to appear in court Dec. 2.
