DELHI, NY — The Delaware County Sheriff’s Office is seeking the public’s assistance in locating a man wanted on a forgery charge.
Chrispien S. Mancino, 53, is wanted on a warrant issued by the Town of Delhi Court for possession of a forged instrument in the third degree, a class A misdemeanor.
Mancino is described as a white male, 5 feet 7 inches tall, with brown hair and brown eyes.
He was born on July 11, 1972.
