MORRISTOWN, VT — A pedestrian sustained serious injuries after being struck by a pickup truck on Vermont Route 15 on Nov. 18.
The crash occurred at approximately 5:23 p.m. near Gondola’s Snack Bar.
According to the Morristown Police Department, a 2021 Ford F-150 operated by Justin Earlandt, 42, was traveling westbound when it struck a person who was in the westbound travel lane.
The pedestrian has not been identified at the time of the release.
Earlandt was not injured in the incident.
The westbound lane of Vermont Route 15 was closed for an extended period while law enforcement processed the scene.
Morristown Police are seeking information from anyone who may have observed a person walking in the roadway or who witnessed the crash.
