Man arrested on sexual abuse charge in Clifton Park

CLIFTON PARK, NY — A Massachusetts man faces felony charges after allegedly engaging in sexual contact with a child earlier this year.

The Saratoga County Sheriff’s Office arrested Zachary R. Hohn-Lusignan, 30, of Pittsfield, Massachusetts, on Monday.

He is charged with first-degree sexual abuse, a class D felony, and endangering the welfare of a child, a class A misdemeanor.

Hohn-Lusignan is accused of subjecting another person to sexual contact when he was 21 years old or older and the victim was less than 13 years old.

The alleged offenses occurred in Clifton Park between July and August.

He was arraigned before Judge Robert A. Rybak in Clifton Park Town Court.

Hohn-Lusignan was remanded to the Saratoga County Jail pending further proceedings.
