Juvenile arrested in connection with McDonald’s incident in Ellenville

ELLENVILLE, NY — The Ellenville Police Department arrested the last juvenile wanted in connection with an incident at McDonald’s on Tuesday.

The incident occurred on Nov. 7 at 3 p.m.

The 13-year-old juvenile was arrested Tuesday at 4 p.m. and charged with obstructing governmental administration in the second degree and disorderly conduct.

He was released to the custody of his parent and issued an appearance ticket to appear in Ulster County Family Court on Dec. 3 at 10 a.m.

At 4:30 p.m. Tuesday, the last 18-year-old subject wanted in connection with felony attempted gang assault in the second degree voluntarily surrendered himself with his mother to the agency.

He was processed and issued an appearance ticket to appear in Ulster County Youth Court Part One on Dec. 3 at 10 a.m.
