COLONIE, NY — Police are seeking a man wanted on charges of aggravated harassment, criminal mischief and auto stripping.
Joseph B. Bortscheller is being sought by the Colonie Police Department in connection with case number 25023984.
The investigation is being handled by Investigator Tremblay.
