SYLVAN BEACH, NY — A woman was arrested following a domestic dispute on Main Street.
On Nov. 14 at around 11:30 p.m., Road Patrol Deputies were dispatched to Main Street for a report of a domestic in progress.
According to Oneida County Sheriff Robert Maciol, deputies determined that Joanne Dipietro, 70, of Sylvan Beach, had damaged property inside of a residence during a domestic dispute.
Dipietro was charged with criminal mischief in the fourth degree, a class A misdemeanor.
She was transported to the Kurt B. Wyman Law Enforcement Building for processing and was held at the Oneida County Jail pending arraignment in CAP Court.
The Sheriff’s Office was assisted on scene by the New York State Police.
