CICERO, NY — State Police responded to a personal injury motor vehicle accident on Interstate 481 on Nov. 13 at approximately 5:22 p.m.
Preliminary investigation determined that a 67-year-old male was operating a 2011 Chevrolet Express van southbound on Interstate 481 and attempted to take exit 10 off ramp to Bear Road.
The vehicle left the east shoulder of the roadway, overturned, and came to rest on the passenger side.
As a result of the accident, the operator was pronounced deceased at the scene.
