BERKSHIRE, NY — A woman was arrested on a felony charge after allegedly damaging another person’s property Oct. 19.
The Tioga County Sheriff’s Office arrested Sarah N. Hunt, 39, of Newark Valley, for criminal mischief in the second degree, a class D felony.
Deputies responded to an address in the town where they determined Hunt damaged property owned by another person.
Hunt was taken to the Tioga County Sheriff’s Office where she appeared before Justice Joy Bennett at CAP Court.
She was released on her own recognizance and is due back in Town of Berkshire Court at a later date.
