OWEGO, NY — A man was arrested following a two-car motor vehicle accident in the Town of Owego on Nov. 1.
Jose V. Remigio Rivera, 41, of Owego, was charged with driving while intoxicated, BAC over 0.08, a misdemeanor; aggravated driving while intoxicated, a misdemeanor; and failed to keep right, a violation.
The Tioga County Sheriff’s Office responded to a complaint of the accident and conducted an investigation.
During the investigation, authorities determined Rivera was operating a motor vehicle in an intoxicated condition.
Rivera was issued an appearance ticket and is scheduled to appear in the Town of Owego Court before Justice Bennett at a later date.
