WALLINGFORD, VT — A woman was arrested after allegedly violating an abuse prevention order on Nov. 12.
Troopers from the Vermont State Police – Rutland Barracks responded to a reported abuse prevention order violation at approximately 3:33 p.m.
Investigation revealed Brittany Davis, 39, of Pittsford, violated a final order for relief from abuse at a property in Wallingford.
Davis was later located and resisted arrest while being taken into custody.
She was transported to the Vermont State Police – Rutland Barracks for processing.
Davis was released with court ordered conditions of release and a citation to appear in Vermont Superior Court, Rutland Criminal Division, on Nov. 13 at 12:30 p.m.
