CLIFTON PARK, NY — A Troy man was arrested Saturday on charges of selling and possessing methamphetamine.
The Saratoga County Sheriff’s Office arrested Taylor F. McGowan, 33, of Troy, on an arrest warrant issued by Clifton Park Town Court.
McGowan is charged with criminal sale of a controlled substance in the third degree and two counts of criminal possession of a controlled substance in the third degree, all class B felonies.
He is accused of knowingly and unlawfully selling one-eighth ounce or more of methamphetamine and of knowingly and unlawfully possessing it.
The alleged criminal conduct occurred in Clifton Park in February 2023.
McGowan was arraigned before the Honorable Joseph V. Fodera in Halfmoon Town Court and released to pretrial services.
