ELLICOTTVILLE, NY — The Ellicottville Police Department arrested a man on a valid bench warrant issued out of the Town of Ellicottville Court.
Michael Kessler, 56, of Allegany, was taken into custody.
Kessler was arraigned in the Town of Ellicottville Court and remanded to the Cattaraugus County Jail with no bail.
The New York State Police assisted the Ellicottville Police Department in the apprehension of Kessler.
