BIG FLATS, NY — A man was arrested Nov. 8 on a petit larceny charge after allegedly stealing from Sam’s Club.
Timothy J. Belloma, 39, of Elmira was charged with petit larceny, a class A misdemeanor.
Belloma was issued an appearance ticket to appear in Big Flats Town Court at a later date.
Belloma was also found to have an active bench warrant for failure to appear on charges of petit larceny issued by Big Flats Town Court on July 10.
He was issued an appearance ticket to appear in Big Flats Town Court at a later date.
Belloma was also found to have an outstanding bench warrant for failure to appear on charges of criminal possession of a controlled substance in the seventh degree issued by Southport Town Court on Sept. 11.
He was issued an appearance ticket to appear in Southport Town Court at a later date.
Belloma was also arrested on outstanding charges of petit larceny, a class A misdemeanor, for allegedly stealing from TJ Maxx on Aug. 17.
He was issued an appearance ticket to appear in Big Flats Town Court at a later date.
